2. Eligibility

By purchasing or using The 28 Protocol, you confirm that:

The 28 Protocol is sold by Mona Fashion (Bangladesh) and, for UAE-registered transactions, ZAMAN SOCIAL MEDIA APPLICATIONS DEVELOPMENT & MANAGEMENT - FZCO.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics for your order are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms.

Prices may change at any time. A price change will not affect purchases already completed.

You agree that all payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

4. Digital Access & Delivery

The 28 Protocol is a digital product. After successful payment and verification, access will be delivered digitally through the website, email, course platform, account login, or another approved access method.

For automated payments, access may be delivered instantly or shortly after successful checkout.

For manual payments, access may require verification and may take additional time.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information, failed payment verification, email delivery issues, payment processor delays, or platform outages.

5. No Income Guarantee
